About the role

As a Solution Architect, you will understand Engines architecture, explain our product, identify client needs, and support solution design. You will engage in sales, delivery, and client success, collaborating with multiple teams. The role involves travel across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and possibly internationally, including secondments or relocation opportunities.

What you'll do:

You will become an Engine expert, communicate its capabilities to diverse audiences, act as a trusted advisor during implementation, and collaborate on feature development. You will shape product roadmaps, support sales with demos, and lead technical discussions with clients. Your role includes designing solutions with clients and partners, understanding local banking regulations, and documenting technical scopes to guide delivery. You will also ensure ongoing client success through technical guidance and troubleshooting, working closely with engineering and client success teams.
