Will have experience of dealing with a wide range of local authority litigation matters. Will be able to work independent and within a team. Will possess excellent communication skills. Be able to provide expert legal advice across a range of litigation matters. Strong advocacy and negotiation skill. Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
