Are you a qualified Solicitor with experience in renewable energy law, particularly in solar or wind projects? This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking, ambitious organisation playing a key role in the clean energy transition across Wales and the UK. This growing business is involved in large-scale renewable energy developments, with a strong pipeline of solar, wind, and battery storage projects.

They are now seeking a talented Solicitor professional with expertise in agricultural or real estate law and a passion for sustainability, working alongside a dynamic internal team and external stakeholders to ensure all legal matters are handled efficiently and strategically.

Your role as a Solicitor will include:

Providing legal support on the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects Review, negotiate and complete various legal docs Ensuring all projects are legally robust and in line with industry best practices and legislative frameworksThe ideal Solicitor will have:

Strong experience as a Solicitor within one of the following - renewables, real estate, or agricultural law Advantageous dual qualified in English and Scottish Law Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills
