Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
A respected and award-winning South Wales law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 3-6 years' post-qualification experience to join its busy and well-established Private Client team in Cardiff. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to develop your career in a high-performing, collaborative environment with a strong focus on quality work and client service.
The Role
Drafting wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
Probate and estate administration
Inheritance tax and succession planning advice
Supporting elderly and vulnerable clients with care and sensitivity
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Contributing to the growth and reputation of the Private Client department
Candidate Requirements
3-6 years PQE in private client law
Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and tax planning
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Confidence in managing matters independently and being self-sufficient
Experience using case management systems
Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and courtesy
Willingness to engage in networking and business development activities
