Solicitor Litigation & Motor Claims (16 PQE) Overview We are seeking a qualified solicitor to join a well-established and growing team in Northern Ireland. The role offers a varied and stimulating caseload across a wide range of specialisms, including injury claims (pre-litigation and litigated), complex injury, catastrophic loss, motor damage, credit hire, recoveries, and fraud-related matters. The position operates in a supportive, inclusive environment, with hybrid working options available. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of files from inception to resolution. Conduct investigations, including evidence gathering and liaising with witnesses and experts. Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, and settlement documentation. Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients. Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations when required. Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional, and client standards. Collaborate with colleagues across teams and jurisdictions to deliver integrated solutions. Keep up to date with relevant legislation, case law, and industry developments. Essential Skills and Experience Qualified Solicitor with 16 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience). Strong knowledge of fraud and motor insurance law, including civil procedure and litigation processes. Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision. Desirable Skills and Experience Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience handling high-value or complex claims.
