Family Law Solicitor – Windsor | Clear Route to Partnership

Looking to find an experienced Family Law Solicitor to work within a highly respected, long‑established law firm (100+ years). If you want autonomy, strong progression prospects, and the chance to make a real impact, this could be the perfect move.


What They’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ PQE in Family Law
  • Confident managing your own caseload
  • Strong experience across private family matters
  • Excellent client care + communication skills
  • Proactive, hands‑on approach (business development included!)
  • Good IT/case management experience (DPS a bonus)


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running a varied Family Law caseload independently
  • Handling divorce, finances, children matters, prenups/postnups, separation agreements, domestic abuse & more
  • Meeting clients face‑to‑face and representing them at hearings
  • Helping drive growth within the department
  • Maintaining strong compliance and risk standards
  • Collaborating with paralegals, legal execs & colleagues
