Electrical Site Supervisor (Sole Site Engineer) - £54,000-£58,000 St PaulsI am currently looking to speak to Electrical Engineers/Supervisors for a Sole Site Engineer role based in St Pauls. The need is for a Electrical Engineer/Supervisor to come and run a site day to day, and continue to provide an efficient service of maintenance across electrical and building services.This company is highly recognised and is one where all engineers will learn and develop their career and skill set.As a Sole Site Engineer you will be responsible for carrying out all PPM reactive maintenance, supervise contractors and deal with the client directly. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 8-5 with overtime and attend shutdowns when required.Excellent benefits offered such as AP Training, Private Healthcare, Overtime and more.Day to Day Duties;PPM, reactive maintenanceWorking on Electrical, Mechanical and general building servicesUndertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional mannerBe proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolveBe proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issuesReport service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the clientRemain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competencyBe fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative mattersAll plant will be monitored on a planned maintenance basis regularly as well as dealingwith all reactive repairs that arise on a daily basis.
