Solar PV Designer\n\nFull time office based with travel to sites to survey new installations\n\nMy cleint has over 15 years of experience installing commerical and domestic Solar PV and low carbon heat pump systems and they are currently looking for an experienced Solar PV Designer.\n\nRole and responsibilities:\n\nSurveying domestic and commercial properties for roof and ground mounted solar PV systems and battery storage\nCreating technical electrical designs for solar PV installations\nBuilding relationships and having meaningful discussions with customers to gain a clear understanding of their project requirements to ensure the right system is created for their project with a focus on efficiency and return on investment\nWorking as part of our busy planning and operations team to ensure the customer receives a high-quality experience\nSupporting customers in their ongoing understanding of their renewable energy installations\nSpecifying and ordering electrical materials and managing supplier relationships to ensure we are purchasing materials at cost effective rates\nMaintaining supplier relationships to ensure an understanding of product requirements, availability and lead timesRequired experience:\n\nExperienced professional with exceptional communication and project management skills\nProven ability to design electrical installations\nExperience of designing commerical and domestic Solar PV Systems\nIdeally with 18th edition and a recognized Solar PV installation qualification\nUK drivers license Services advertised by Gold Group are those of an Agency and/or an Employment Business.\nWe will contact you within the next 14 days if you are selected for interview.
