Our digital guest services, including food ordering, digital concierge, entertainment, and automation via proprietary in-room tablets, serve a diverse range of hotels from luxury to limited service across various locations worldwide. *Job Summary* We are seeking a proactive Software Tester specialising in automation testing with substantial experience using Playwright and .NET (C#). Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery. Must collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams for comprehensive test coverage and continuous quality improvement. *Key Responsibilities* * Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with .NET (C#) * Build and enhance scalable test automation frameworks * Develop end-to-end (E2E), regression, integration, and manual test suites * Execute automated and manual tests * Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g: Azure DevOps, GitHub) * Analyse test results, report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues * Participate in sprint planning and retrospective sessions * Maintain detailed documentation of test-related topics and new platform features *Qualifications & Experience* * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) * 4+ years of experience in software testing * 2+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright automation * An understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices * Experience in testing web and Android applications * Proficiency in: C# .NET - Playwright, REST API testing, Test Rail * Experience with version control systems (such as Git) * Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines * Experience with Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills *Key Competencies* * Attention to detail * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work independently and in agile teams * Continuous learning mindset * Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills *We Offer* * Hybrid Flexible working by arrangements (remote/hybrid options) * Competitive benefits package * A collaborative, creative, and customer-first workplace culture * Opportunities for continuous learning Job Type: Full-time Pay: £35,000.00-£37,500.00 per year Benefits: * Employee mentoring programme * Employee stock purchase plan Education: * Bachelor's (preferred) Experience: * Software Testing: 4 years (required) * Playwright Automation: 2 years (required) * Software Testing Methodologies and QA Best Practices: 1 year (preferred) * Testing Web and Android Applications: 1 year (preferred) Language: * English (required) Work authorisation: * United Kingdom (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Eversholt Bedfordshire MK17 9EA
