What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain complex systems in Python, Java, C#, C++, or .NET
Solve challenging problems in concurrency, low-latency, distributed architectures
Mentor engineers and elevate the technical bar across the team
Define best practices in testing, CI/CD, deployment, and observability
What We Expect
Degree, Masters or PHD from a Russell Group university or equivalent
6 - 8+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience in demanding environments
Deep theoretical understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design
Proven experience building high-performance, reliable, and scalable systems
Strong ownership mindset and ability to make and defend decisions under pressure
Package
Performance-based bonus - 10 - 20%
