AI Platform Leadership – Director / Architect / Tech Lead (LLM / RAG)🚀 Building the Leadership Layer – AI Platform (LLM / RAG / Agentic Systems)1-2 days a week in the officeContract to permanent availableWe’re building a new AI capability inside a global investment bank, focused on deploying LLM systems into large-scale, production environments.We’ve already kicked off hiring for the engineering team.Now we’re hiring the leadership layer to define and drive the build.Roles we’re hiringDirector (Technical AI / RAG) - Not hands on→ Leading the function, setting direction, overseeing deliveryTechnical Lead (Agentic AI) Hands on→ Driving hands-on design of LLM workflows and systemsArchitect (LLM / RAG Platforms) Hands on→ Designing end-to-end architecture across data, models, and infrastructureWhat this requiresThis is not a strategy-only environment.We’re looking for individuals who:Have built or led large-scale, distributed systemsHave hands-on experience with LLM / RAG systems in productionCan operate in complex, enterprise environmentsAre comfortable owning end-to-end delivery, not just contributing👉 If your experience is limited to advisory, research, or early-stage AI work, this is not the right fit.What you’ll be responsible forDefining and shaping the AI platform architecture and roadmapDriving the build of LLM-powered systems integrated into enterprise platformsLeading engineering teams delivering production-grade systemsEnsuring scalability, reliability, and governanceWorking closely with quant, data, and platform teamsWhat stands outExperience leading builds in high-scale environments (tech, fintech, data platforms)Strong grounding in data platforms, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructureAbility to bridge hands-on engineering and strategic directionWhy this roleOpportunity to shape a high-impact AI capability from the ground upReal production systems, not experimental work #J-18808-Ljbffr
