The challenge is structure, clarity, and consistent delivery within a global organisation.
This role exists to fix that.

Works effectively across an international structure
Your focus:
Bring structure and organisation to the team
Support engineers from graduate to architect
Remove friction with stakeholders across Europe
Create an environment where engineers perform at their best
