What you will do

• Lead a cross‑functional delivery team of frontend and backend engineers, partnering closely with product and design.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from architectural design and implementation to deployment and maintenance.
• Mentor and grow engineering talent through regular feedback, stretch goals and technical guidance.

The ideal candidate

• At least 7 years of commercial software engineering experience with a natural aptitude for leadership.
• Strong expertise in architecture, TDD and unit testing within a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Passion for growth‑oriented engineering, including A/B testing, localisation and data‑driven product improvements.
