Software Developer (C#, .NET, AWS)

  • Hybrid (2x in London Office) | £60,000–£70,000 + Bonus + Clothing Allowance


Our client is a direct-to-consumer fashion brand with a strong presence across the UK, US, and Europe. With the majority of sales coming through e-commerce, technology is central to how they operate and grow.


As they scale their digital platform and modernise their cloud infrastructure, they’re looking for a Software Developer to join their fast-paced engineering team.

What You’ll Do:

Full-Stack Cloud Development:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native services and applications using AWS and .NET technologies.

Own the Full Lifecycle:

  • Take ownership of software delivery from ideation and design to development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Set the Standard:

  • Help define and implement internal standards, libraries, and templates to promote consistency and speed across the engineering team.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

  • Work closely with product managers, UX designers, QA, and business analysts to turn complex requirements into working, reliable systems.

Architect with Intention:

  • Ensure solutions align with architectural principles, security best practices, and compliance requirements.

Champion Quality & Reliability:

  • Contribute to code reviews, test automation, CI/CD, and observability tools to deliver high-quality, maintainable software.


What They’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on cloud-native architecture
  • Proficiency with Microsoft technologies including .NET/C#, and experience building backend services at scale
  • Practical knowledge of AWS, including services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and other serverless components
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Strong understanding of event-driven architecture, microservices, and asynchronous communication patterns
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
  • Experience collaborating with onshore, nearshore, and remote teams
  • Bonus: experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify
