We’re looking for a Software Engineer who will work across our full stack, developing features, improving performance, and shipping code that impacts real operations at scale.

What we're building

Our AI platform helps FM companies and technicians work dramatically better:

• Help desk automation: Orchestrates repair requests, task allocation, subcontractor coordination, reporting. Cutting processing time by 20x.
• AI-guided diagnostics: Step-by-step guidance through our app with tools, diagnostic steps, repair instructions. 25% faster repairs, 15% better first-time fix rates.

The Role

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help build the systems that power AI-driven facilities management. You'll work across our stack — from APIs to data pipelines to cloud infrastructure — shipping features that impact real operations at scale.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years as a software engineer at a startup or tech company
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication
• Experience with Python (FastAPI or Django) and SQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and version control
• Interest in AI/ML technologies is a plus
• TypeScript, React experience is a plus
