A market leading organisation requires a Software Development Manager / Software Engineering Manager to join its growing and successful team! Suitable candidates will have the folloiwng experience:

Strong commercial experience in software development coupled with strong experience in a leadership/managment role. Experience in leading technical decisions. Excellent communication skills and the abilities to convey concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable with git version control. Process driven. Flexible approach and positive attitude.

Duties will include the folloiwng:

Leading two software development teams and helping to drive projects forward. Managing and mentoring software developers. Creating a long-term strategy for modernising the code base. Collaborating with cross-functional teams. Building strong relationships with customers (will include customer site visits, conference visits and supporting at product user groups)
