Are you a passionate and committed Social Worker looking to make a real impact in fostering? We are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join our dedicated team at Thrive Fostering, where we put children and foster families at the heart of everything we do.

You will support a small caseload of foster carers, helping them provide safe, stable, and loving homes for children. This is your chance to work for an agency that values professional supervision, flexibility, and genuine work-life balance.

What you will do: Offer regular supervision and support to foster carers. Ensure placements are safe, stable, and meet childrens needs. Complete assessments and reports (including Form F assessments). Liaise with local authorities and attend reviews and planning meetings. Contribute to foster carer training and development.
