Champion high-quality, trauma-informed, relational and strengths-based practice. Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of contextual safeguarding across the North. Were looking for someone who: Brings experience in safeguarding and a passion and commitment to improving outcomes for young people at risk of exploitation. Leads with empathy, clarity, and a collaborative spirit. Is ready to influence change and drive innovation in contextual safeguarding.
