This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within our recently remodelled multi disciplinary, innovative service; one that is transforming how we safeguard young people facing risks outside the homeAs Team Manager, you will:Lead and inspire a passionate, skilled team committed to making a difference.Champion high-quality, trauma-informed, relational and strengths-based practice.Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of contextual safeguarding across the North.Were looking for someone who:Brings experience in safeguarding and a passion and commitment to improving outcomes for young people at risk of exploitation.Leads with empathy, clarity, and a collaborative spirit.Is ready to influence change and drive innovation in contextual safeguarding.
