* Take an active role in safeguarding, statutory reviews, and child protection conferences.

About You

* Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
* Proven management experience in statutory childrens services.
* Strong knowledge of legislation, policy, and best practice in social care.
* Skilled in leadership, supervision, and performance management.
