As a Social work Practice Supervisor, you will: • Support lead practitioners from the Targeted Family teams to lead on CIN planning. • Support lead practitioners to undertake needs-led child and family S17 assessments and lead the creation and delivery of multi-agency support plans. • Support Child in Need meetings and establish a 'Team Around the Family'. • Support the lead Practitioners to prepare and present assessments and reports to conferences, courts, and panels. • Engage with the Multi-Agency Child Protection ...
