Responsibility within one of our regional offices to work as part of the Property business Social Value team. Reporting to the SV Lead and working across an assigned project or region, with capacity to assist nationally.

Your purpose:
  • Work collaboratively with the SV Lead and wider SV team to deliver on the PPS Property SV Strategy to align with corporate goals, regulatory requirements and community needs.
  • Work collaboratively within team to provide coordination, administration and delivery of SV activities.
  • Bidding Activities- Contribute to writing/reviewing SV content.Research and Local Needs Analysis to inform bids and commitments.Engage regularly with the local teams to understand and contribute to opportunities and projects.Create and maintain relationships and engage with stakeholders, communities and partner organisations.
  • Delivery of Social Value Commitments- To include planning out a programme of activities based upon the commitments within the region, framework or major project. Ensuring efficiency in delivery so that there is no duplication in activity and all teams and individuals are coordinated. Work with our supply chain to optimize the delivery of social value. Either delivering or helping / leadership to teams to deliver the activities that are required.
  • Supporting and participating in social value activities in different settings for example, schools, jobcentres, community organisations.Ensure social value is recorded and monitored using internal or external databases and systems.Produce outcome-based reports and case studies.
  • Ensuring that SIFT is properly populated and maintained. Assist in contributing to Reporting monthly, provide monthly SV reports to SV Manager or SV Lead or other relevant stakeholders (including clients) on activities completed and activities upcoming.
  • Responsible for Business-as-Usual requirements- Contribute to achieving metrics detailed in the PPS Business Plan and completion of all mandatory training and Workday tasks.

  • Ability to communicate in a concise manner (oral and written) at all levels within the organisation, and to liaise with senior personnel.
  • A good knowledge of using software packages (Office, SharePoint, MS Teams etc.).
  • Good organisation skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Relevant experience in a similar position.
