Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and hands‑on Social Media Manager to elevate our restaurant’s online presence and attract more customers. You will be responsible for showcasing our food, atmosphere, and culture through engaging content, while driving footfall, takeaway orders, and event bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute a social media strategy focused on increasing visibility and sales
Create high-quality content (photos, videos, reels) highlighting dishes, behind‑the‑scenes moments, and customer experiences
Manage daily activity across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly
Promote special offers, events, and seasonal menus
Work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house team to capture real‑time content
Monitor trends and adapt content to stay relevantTrack performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach
Support basic paid advertising campaigns when needed
Requirements
Experience managing social media accounts, ideally in hospitality or food businesses
Strong skills in content creation (photography, video editing, caption writing)
Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment
Passion for food and storytelling
