About the role InPost is the UK's fastest‑growing parcel locker network and we're just getting started. We're looking for a Social Media Manager who doesn't just follow culture, they shape it. Someone who wakes up thinking about content, sees a trending audio at 7am and has a concept by 8am, and understands that a great caption is as important as a great creative. This isn't a role for someone who wants to schedule posts and hit publish. This is for someone who wants to own InPost's voice, build a genuinely engaged community, and create the kind of content people actually want to watch, share, and talk about. What you’ll be doing
Own InPost's social media strategy end-to-end — from channel positioning to content pillars to KPIs Define and evolve our tone of voice across platforms, keeping it consistent, human, and unmistakably InPost Identify where we should be showing up and what we should be saying — and back it with data Stay relentlessly ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging channels Concept, brief, and where possible, create content in-house and with our Social Media agency Write sharp, engaging copy Collaborate with the agency to produce visuals that stop the scroll Turn the customer journey, product features, brand moments, and milestones into content that earns attention Build and nurture a genuine community — respond, engage, spark conversations Grow our following organically through content quality and community management, not just paid push Identify and develop relationships with creators, partners, and brand advocates Monitor conversations about InPost and the wider parcel/logistics space — find opportunities to join in Lead social‑first campaign concepts for product launches, partnerships, and brand moments Brief and manage external agencies and creators when needed Work cross‑functionally with the wider marketing team to deliver integrated 360° campaigns Bring ideas that nobody else has thought of yet Track, analyse, and report on performance — reach, engagement, follower growth, share of voice Turn data into decisions, not just decks Share learnings with the wider team to inform broader marketing strategy
What we need from you
You live and breathe social – you are chronically online in the best possible way You have 3+ years of hands‑on social media experience, ideally in a fast‑paced brand or agency environment You have a portfolio of content and campaigns you're genuinely proud of You can write. Your copy is punchy, warm, and on‑brand You know your way around TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and whatever comes next You're data‑literate and comfortable using analytics to improve what you do You're a self‑starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do You can manage multiple projects at once without dropping the ball You're collaborative – you make the people around you better Experience in logistics, e‑commerce, or a high‑growth consumer brand is a plus, not a must
