We are not looking for someone to “post content.”

We are looking for someone who can run and grow our Instagram channel like a media platform.


The Role

As Social Media Manager, you will fully own THRIVIN’s Instagram presence.

Your mission is to drive growth, engagement, and cultural relevance through daily content publishing, trend execution, and strong performance analysis.


You will work closely with our:

  • Creative team
  • Content creators
  • Community manager
  • Paid media team
  • Social strategist

This role requires someone who understands Instagram culture, viral mechanics, and content systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Execution
  • Own the Instagram channel day-to-day
  • Ideate, script, film, and publish platform-native content
  • Produce Reels, carousels, statics, and stories
  • Identify and execute relevant social trends
  • Capture content during shoots (UGC, BTS, storytelling moments)
  • Collaborate with the creative team on launch campaigns

You ensure our posting cadence and creative output drive growth.


Content & Account Maintenance

  • Coordinate with the Community Manager on comments and FAQs
  • Stay updated on Instagram features, formats, and best practices
  • Maintain an organized content bank
  • Flag content for reuse, repurposing, or paid ads
  • Ensure all content aligns with THRIVIN’s visual aesthetic


Analytics & Performance

  • Track daily and weekly performance metrics:
  • Views
  • Watch time
  • Saves
  • Shares
  • Engagement
  • Identify:
  • Best-performing formats
  • Winning hooks
  • Trending creators
  • Viral mechanics
  • Monitor competitors and emerging trends
  • Provide weekly insights and content recommendations based on performance.


Expected Weekly Output

Typical content production includes:

  • Static posts
  • Carousels
  • Reels
  • Instagram stories
  • Reactive posts based on trends (optional but encouraged)

Exact cadence may evolve as we scale our content systems.


What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years experience managing brand social media accounts
  • Deep understanding of Instagram growth mechanics
  • Experience creating high-performing Reels
  • Strong content instincts (hooks, pacing, storytelling)
  • Comfortable filming and editing short-form content
  • Data-driven mindset — you use analytics to improve output
  • Highly organized and self-managed


Bonus if you:

  • Have worked with fitness, fashion, or lifestyle brands
  • Understand UGC-style content
  • Know how to identify viral trends early
