Job Title: Social Media Lead

Location: London | Hybrid | Full-Time

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

You’ll take ownership of client strategy, content planning and execution, influencer partnerships, and social-first campaigns, all while playing a key part in the continued growth of the agency’s social offering.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of social media strategies across a wide range of clients.
  • Manage and mentor a Social Media Account Executive.
  • Act as a key client contact and strategic advisor
  • Pitch and lead new business opportunities alongside the Head of Social
  • Identify trends, bring fresh ideas, and drive innovation across platforms
  • Oversee influencer campaigns and collaborate closely with creative, media, and video teams
  • Deliver training, consultancy, and insights for clients
  • Support performance, invoicing, and day-to-day team operations


Requirements:

  • A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
  • Proven experience managing social campaigns in an agency environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, related field, or relevant working experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior team members
  • Confident with client management, strategy, and execution
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms, content trends, and influencer partnerships
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with an eye for detail
