Let’s not sugarcoat it.


This isn’t a “post a few things on Instagram” role.

This is for someone who can create, shoot, edit, publish, analyse, repeat—fast—and actually give a damn about building something from zero to everywhere.


We’re BuzzTrail. AI-powered inbound sales platform using interactive video avatars that actually convert.


We’ve got early traction, VC backing, and we’re moving quickly. Now we need someone who can help us build a brand people can’t ignore.


You’ll be working directly with the founder (yep, in the trenches), shaping how BuzzTrail shows up to the world. Most importantly, the Founder you'll be working alongside is a seasoned Entrepreneur who built and exited one of the world's largest video content creation companies in the world.


What You’ll Actually Do Create Content That Doesn’t Suck
  • Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content (this is non-negotiable)
  • Be comfortable behind the camera and running the show
  • Turn scrappy ideas into polished, social-first content quickly
  • Build repeatable content formats (founder-led, product demos, hooks, etc.)
Run Social Like It’s a Growth Engine
  • Own Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok (and whatever’s next)
  • Post consistently, experiment aggressively, kill what doesn’t work
  • Jump on trends early—but make them relevant, not cringe
  • Engage with comments, DMs, and community (yes, actually reply to people)
  • Be extremely eager to test and try new products and be AI first in your approach
Be Our Storyteller
  • Document the journey: building, failing, winning, shipping
  • Capture real-time moments (office, shoots, client work, founder chaos)
  • Turn product features into content people understand instantly
Think Like a Builder, Not a Marketer
  • Track what works (views, engagement, conversions)
  • Iterate fast based on data—not opinions
  • Constantly test hooks, formats, angles


Who You Are
  • You can film and edit properly (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut—whatever, just be good)
  • You’ve created content that actually performed (show us, don’t tell us)
  • You understand how social works today, not 3 years ago
  • You move fast, don’t wait for permission, and don’t need babysitting
  • You’re comfortable being around a founder who moves quickly and expects the same
  • You’re up for the grind—this is not a clock-in, clock-out job

Bonus points if you:

  • Have worked in startups or built your own thing
  • Are confident directing people on camera (including me)
  • Have a good instinct for what feels viral before it is
