Account Director - Influencer & Social (Agency) London | Hybrid (3 days in office) £58,000 - £65,000 + bonus A fast-growing global social and influencer marketing agency is looking for an experienced Account Director to lead key client relationships and deliver high-impact campaigns across sectors including beauty, fashion, tech and FMCG. This is a client-facing leadership role, sitting at the heart of the agency, with responsibility for overseeing end-to-end influencer campaigns while managing and developing junior team members. Key Responsibilities
Lead client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor Respond to briefs with strategic, insight-led creative proposals Oversee multiple campaigns end-to-end, ensuring quality and timely delivery Present confidently in pitches, campaign kick-offs, and performance reviews Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy and production teams Mentor and manage junior team members
Requirements
5+ years' experience in agency or client services roles Strong background in influencer and social media marketing Proven ability to lead large accounts and manage multiple campaigns Confident presenter with experience pitching and upselling Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure Experience managing and developing junior team members Hybrid working (3 days in office) 25 days holiday Gym access, socials, and annual company trip Strong progression opportunities within a growing agency
