Reference 110903 Social Care Worker Oswestry, Shropshire £24,570.00 per annum 37.5 hours per week About the role We are looking to recruit for Social Care Worker for our Care Home at Windsor House, Oswestry, Shropshire. Windsor House is a registered care home for 10 adults with learning and/ or physical disabilities who require support for all aspects of their daily living needs, including personal care, meal preparation as well as shopping and social activities. The aim of the role is to deliver an outstanding service which is person centred in a way that enhances the lives of people with profound learning disabilities offering choice, ensuring the people have a voice and their wishes and decisions are respected. The role is permanent opportunity working 37.5 hours a week covering a variety of shifts on a rotational basis, including some weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins.
