You will have good written/oral communication skills, be able to work as team member and also be able to work alone and to use your own initiative. You will have assessment skills and be able to understand and meet the needs of people living in the community. You will be able to show sensitivity and understanding in dealing with vulnerable people and be non-judgemental with a caring, pleasant and professional approach and be dependable and have reliable attitude to work. You will be required to work a range of shifts, including a split shift, evenings, weekends and occasional nights. A full, current driving licence is required.
