SMT Operator – Electronics Manufacturing We are currently seeking an assembler to produce products in accordance with defined build instructions for a variety of major OEMs in market sectors including Automotive, Clean Energy, Communication & Broadcasting, Consumer, Defence & Aerospace, Homeland Security, IP Development Platforms, Medical, Scientific Research & Space. SMT Operator - Key Responsibilities : Assemble products to IPC-A-610 standards and build instructions Operate SMT line to produce populated PCB assemblies to required quality and timescales Prepare stencils and printing equipment Perform in-line inspection for quality and consistency Document any deviations from standard before starting work Ensure processes are robust, clear, and consistently followed Maintain high-quality standards and notify supervision of any issues affecting build times
