MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position in production and assembly. The Job You'll Do: Set up and operate SMT production lines, including stencil printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens. Load components and feeders according to production schedules and Bill of Materials (BOM). Run and monitor SMT programs to ensure correct placement and soldering of components. Perform first-off and in-process inspections to verify product quality against engineering drawings and work instructions. Troubleshoot basic machine faults, feeder errors, and placement issues. Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of SMT equipment to maintain optimal performance. Complete production paperwork and record data accurately in line with company procedures.
