Your Responsibilities
* Carry out Small to Medium Area Repair Technology (SMART) on various vehicle makes and models
* Repair paint chips, scratches, bumper scuffs, and minor dents
* Perform alloy wheel refurbishments and interior trim repairs
* Mix and match paint colours accurately
* Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean workspace
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a SMART Repairer or Bodyshop Technician
* Strong knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
* Full UK driving licence
* ATA accreditation or NVQ Level 3 is a plus but not essential with the right experience
