Position: Smart Metering Engineer Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £40,000 £50,000 per annum About the Role We are currently recruiting qualified Smart Metering Engineers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly in customers' homes, delivering vital services and supporting the mission of moving towards net-zero . Whether youre carrying out a new installation or handling a complex repair, youll be representing our clientone of the UKs Big Six energy providerswhile delivering excellent service and maintaining high safety standards. Youll receive strong support from our Field Managers and wider operational team. Key Responsibilities Safely install and replace gas and electricity meters in customers homes, adhering to all health & safety procedures and industry regulations .
Provide clear demonstrations and excellent after-care support to customers on how to use their new meters.
Carry out repairs and ongoing maintenance of meters after installation.
