Small Works Project Manager \n Covering North & East Midlands \n £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance \n Private Medical Scheme \n 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n \n Are you a Project Manager with experience delivering small works projects?\n \n Our client is looking for an experienced Small Works Project Manager to oversee sprinkler system projects, managing all phases from design review through to commissioning. This role requires strong technical knowledge of sprinkler systems combined with excellent project management skills to ensure compliant, on-time, and on-budget delivery.\n \n Key Responsibilities\n \nManage multiple concurrent sprinkler projects from inception to completion \nEnsure adherence to programme, budget, and quality standards \nCoordinate across trades and stakeholders while maintaining clear communication with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities \nReview sprinkler system designs for compliance and buildability \nVerify hydraulic calculations, material specifications, and installation methods meet BS EN standards and local fire codes \nConduct site inspections to ensure installation quality and system functionality \nEnsure compliance with BS EN 12845, FM standards, and Hall & Kay project guidelines \nMonitor budgets, track material and subcontractor costs, and manage variations \nNegotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to optimise project profitability \nAct as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle \nProvide regular updates, manage risks, and ensure client satisfaction Skills & Experience\n \nProven experience in sprinkler system installation, design, and project management \nStrong knowledge of fire protection standards and regulations \nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and hydraulic calculations \nSolid understanding of sprinkler materials, fittings, and installation methods \nProject Management qualification (PMP / Construction Management) is advantageous \nExcellent organisational and time-management skills \nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously For further information on the role and the company please APPLY NOW or get in touch with Rhymel Henderson for a confidential conversation
