1st Step Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established Building Services provider, for a Small Works Project Manager (Electrical Bias) delivering projects across the UK.

Small Works Project Manager (Electrical Bias) Location: Hybrid / Remote (occasional travel to Shrewsbury) Salary: Circa £45k to £52k package

This role is ideal for an electrically qualified professional looking to step further into project management while remaining hands-on with delivery.

The Role

Manage electrical small works projects (£5k-£30k) from quotation through to completion Deliver installations, upgrades, compliance works and rollout programmes Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget Maintain strong client relationships and identify further works opportunitiesRequirements

Electrical background within Building Services or Facilities Management Experience delivering small works / minor projects NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation Strong organisation, communication, and commercial awareness Competence using CAFM systems, project management platforms, or similar tools Experience producing, reviewing, and working to RAMS and method statementsWhat's on Offer
