Small Works Manager \n\nOverview\n The client is seeking a Small Works Manager to deliver minor FM projects, building fabric repairs, and asset replacement works across a large commercial building. The role supports the hard FM service by coordinating planned and reactive small works safely and efficiently.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDeliver FM small works from scope to completion.\n\nCoordinate contractors and liaise with FM/engineering teams.\n\nPlan works to minimise disruption in an occupied building.\n\nEnsure compliance with FM standards, H&S, CDM, and permit procedures.\n\nManage budgets, variations, and project records.\n\nProvide clear updates to the FM manager and onsite stakeholders.\n\nRequirements\n\nExperience delivering FM small works or minor projects in commercial buildings.\n\nUnderstanding of hard FM, building fabric, or basic M&E systems.\n\nStrong contractor and stakeholder management skills.\n\nKnowledge of H&S requirements and RAMS.\n\nSMSTS/IOSH/NEBOSH desirable.\n\nAttributes\n FM-minded, organised, proactive, good communicator, and comfortable managing multiple jobs in a live environment
