Small Animal Vet - Full or Part-Time - Exeter, Devon The client is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon who thrives in a first opinion role, enjoys a diverse caseload, and values building lasting relationships with patients. The Hours: Open to full-time and part-time applications. Full-time would include 38 hours per week, over 4 days with a set day off. Weekend duties are shared among the vets to ensure a fair schedule. 1:10 long weekends (Saturday and Sunday) followed by a Monday off, and 1:10 short weekends (Saturday only). OOH for inpatients only. The practice prioritises work-life balance by outsourcing out-of-hours services while maintaining inpatient care. The Role: This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a skilled nursing and veterinary team in an environment equipped with fantastic facilities, including a CT scanner. The role includes routine consultations, surgeries, and support to explore individual interests. More About The Practice: The practice is equipped with digital radiography, endoscopy, dental radiography, and an on-site CT scanner. It boasts certificate holders in surgery and medicine, complemented by visiting specialists in areas such as physiotherapy and ophthalmology.
