If so, we want you to join our Fleet Services team at Cambridge City Council.About the RoleAs a Skilled Vehicle & Plant Fitter, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the safe and reliable operation of our frontline fleet—particularly our HGVs and refuse collection vehicles (RCVs). These vehicles are at the heart of our essential services, and your work will directly support our waste and recycling, streets, and environmental teams.Working across our Waterbeach and Cowley Road sites, you'll inspect, service, and repair a wide range of heavy goods vehicles and specialist municipal equipment, including bin lorries, sweepers, and other frontline HGVs.
