Skilled Operative Location: Kilmarnock, KA3 6AG Contract Type: Temporary - 12 weeks Salary: £12.21 per hour Shifts: Monday - Thursday 7.3am - 4.30pm & Friday 7.30am - 3pm.

We are looking for a Skilled Labourer with experience in grounds maintenance to join our team. You'll support a range of outdoor tasks including grass cutting, shrub maintenance, site tidying, and general landscape upkeep, ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of grounds maintenance duties including grass cutting, shrub pruning, and site clearances Work safely and efficiently in line with company Health & Safety policies and guidance Operate basic hand tools and grounds maintenance equipment (training provided if needed) Support the team in delivering quality work for clients and public areas Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate clearly with colleagues
