Please note that Bread Baking experience from home is not sufficient experience for applying for this position. If you have just home kitchen Bread Baking experience, please do not apply. Client requires Bread Baking Experience gained at an appropriate work setting and having knowledge and experience in all aspects of baking as this is a Skilled Baker Position.

Looking for experienced Skilled Scratch Baker that can work well on their own initiative and as part of a team. Must have at least 2 years' experience or more in Scratch Bread Baking.

Responsibilities

Responsible for covering all aspects of Bread Baking such as Scratch Baking Kneading Mixing Moulding is vital.

Must have a keen interest in baking different types of breads with a Hands-on experience.

Must be aware proofing oven baking etc

Personality traits Helpful, Passion for Baking. Reliable and Hardworking.

Working 5 days out of 7 Saturdays off. 1 other day off in the week. Some weeks working Monday to Friday. Will be required to work a few Sundays if so, a day will be taken off during the week.

Hour of work starting 13:00 hrs or earlier 08:00 am working 9-hour shift. various Times to start in the morning or afternoon this is a dayshift.

Overtime available, A performance review is carried out within a year of employment with good prospects.

Salary: Ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience.
