About you Time-served or qualified Bench Joiner with proven workshop experience, ideally NVQ Level 3 Candidates with 5+ years' relevant experience will be considered even without formal qualifications Solid knowledge of woodworking machinery, hand tools, and assembly techniques Ability to interpret technical drawings and cutting lists accurately High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable, motivated, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Experience in bespoke or premium joinery is advantageous What you'll do Manufacture and assemble high-quality timber products such as doors, frames, staircases, and bespoke joinery items Work from detailed drawings and specifications to ensure precision in every piece Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Carry out finishing tasks to meet client specifications and company standards Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant workshop environment Play an active role in ensuring workflow, productivity, and overall workshop success For further information on this opportunity, or to discuss other manufacturing and trades roles across Antrim and Northern Ireland, apply via the link below or contact Dan Orr in strict confidence.
