Branston is one of the UKs leading fresh produce suppliers, and were looking for a Site Technical Manager to join our senior management team at Lincoln. This is a high-impact role, responsible for all technical, quality, and food safety functions on site. Youll lead the site technical strategy, manage compliance and risk, and build strong teams that deliver excellence every day. What youll be doing: Leadership & Team Development Lead the site QA team (intake, raw materials, and factory) and manage all related QA processes. Oversee the Hygiene teams day-to-day activity in collaboration with the Group Hygiene Manager. Build, coach, and develop strong teams with clear objectives, succession plans, and a focus on continuous improvement.
