Were looking for a Site Technical Manager to lead all technical, quality, and food safety functions within our Prepared Foods site. This is a pivotal senior role where youll drive the sites technical strategy, ensure compliance with the highest food safety standards, and create a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. What Youll Do As Site Technical Manager, youll be at the heart of our operation ensuring that every product leaving our site meets our customers exacting standards. Youll: Lead and inspire the Quality Assurance (QA) and Hygiene teams, developing talent through coaching, clear objectives, and succession planning. Be an integral part of the site senior leadership team, helping shape and deliver the sites quality and operational strategy.
