Earthworks Supervisor / Foreman – HS2 (Aylesbury)

We are currently looking for an experienced Earthworks Supervisor / Foreman to join a major infrastructure project on HS2 based in Aylesbury.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of one of the UK’s largest civil engineering projects, working on large-scale bulk earthworks operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervising day-to-day bulk earthworks activities on site

* Managing gangs, plant, and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and project specifications

* Liaising with site management and engineers to meet programme targets

Requirements:

* Proven experience in bulk earthworks (essential)

* SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)

* CSCS Gold Card (Supervisor)

* Strong understanding of earthworks operations and site coordination

Desirable:

* EUSR registration

* CPCS/NPORS plant tickets

* Experience on major infrastructure projects

Location: Aylesbury (HS2 site)
