Site Supervisor - Civil Engineering

The Client

Our client is a leading civil engineering contractor in the UK. They are looking to recruit a Site Supervisor to join their busy team in Norwich.

Site Supervisor responsibilities:

manages daily construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Enforcing health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring all work meets safety codes.
Plan the work and efficiently organise site operations in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines
Liaise with any consultants and sub-contractors engaged in the project as necessary
Supervise and monitor
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
Liaise with management
Introduce improvements and innovation where appropriate to areas of responsibility
Ensure work is delivered in accordance with the specification
Take part in and deliver a Safety Culture with the entire site team

Qualifications & Experience

Proven track record of working as a Site Supervisor on large projects
Minimum of 5 Years Site Supervisor experience
Gold CSCS xbpsjku Card

SSSTS / SMSTS

First Aid

Knowledge of Heavy Plant / Earthworks / Roadworks

Benefits

Minimum 4 Month Contract
£Negotiable competitive Day Rate depending on skills, experience & qualifications
