Vacancy: Site Supervisor Closing date: Wednesday 4 February Shortlisting: Thursday 5 February Proposed Interview date: Thursday 12 February Salary: £27,040.03 About the vacancy: We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Site Supervisor to join our team, ensuring the safety, security, and smooth running of our 55+ housing schemes. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of health and safety, cleanliness, and minor repairs across multiple sites. You'll carry out compliance checks, manage communal areas, and work closely with residents, contractors, and internal teams to deliver a safe and welcoming environment. This is a varied role where no two days are the same - from conducting site audits and low-level repairs to supporting residents and responding to emergencies. You'll also play a key part in facilitating planned maintenance, managing guest flats, and contributing to community engagement activities. What we're looking for: Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently. Knowledge of health & safety practices (COSHH, IOSH, Legionella awareness).
