Site Supervisor - Domestic Retrofit Projects (ASHP & Solar Installations) We are seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to support the delivery of domestic retrofit projects, primarily focused on replacing electric heaters with Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) and installing solar PV systems in residential properties.

This role would suit a qualified electrician, gas installer, or similar tradesperson looking to step into-or who has recently stepped into-a supervisory role. A valid CSCS card is essential, and experience working on the tools in a domestic setting is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise operatives, subcontractors, and day-to-day site activities. Conduct site inductions, safety briefings, and toolbox talks, ensuring attendance is recorded.
