Abatec is recruiting for a freelance Site Supervisor on a freelance contract to join our client, on a long-term civil engineering project in Devon.

The successful candidate will have a previous background in civil engineering industry and have prior experience working on highways and infrastructure.

As a Site Supervisor you will:

* Have experience with drainage, earthworks and civil engineering.

* Assist in the day-to-day running of the site and managing sub-contractors.

* Act as a responsible member of staff, liaising with men on the ground.

Our client requires a Site Supervisor with:

* Valid CSCS and First Aid

* SSSTS or SMSTS

* A good understating of health & safety protocols.

* Excellent communication skills.

* A background in civil engineering.

Salary and benefits include:

* £300-£350 per day PAYE Umbrella
