We're Hiring: Site Supervisor
Are you an experienced team leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor to join our team and lead by example, managing a small, close-knit crew on-site to deliver outstanding service to a demanding but rewarding client.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a small team to consistently deliver high standards of service. Oversee day-to-day operations, including time sheet management, weekly rosters, and general admin. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and HR policies. Act as the main liaison with store managers, building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally. Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, and light repairs to the on-site trolley fleet. Support the development and training of your team, fostering flexibility and high morale.
What We’re Looking For
Based in or around Edinburgh – role is Straiton based. Proven experience leading a small team. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and proactive. Comfortable using basic IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, apps). Able to work flexible shifts (incl. evenings/weekends). Willingness to travel for initial training (covered by us).
